Meta made us an offer we couldn't refuse

Meta Constantine, who recently showed his work at the *69 Art Lounge, has generously offered us a parcel of land to build a *69 headquarters/studio!!!! And equally wonderful, Orson has begun planning a model for the new building. :)

Like the villas Orson designed and built on Saint Clare, we will document the progress of the build. Since the new building is for *69, we will post pics on that blog: http://star69music.blogspot.com/.

Thank you Meta, so very much! And Orson, we can't wait to see you do your magic again.

A world of your kind

I am thrilled to report that Orson has completed the villas in the Harbor and they look spectacular!

The original idea was to base the design of the homes on those in rl Santorini, Greece. Orson did his magic and from that basic "Santorini" concept, made the buildings livable, to scale, and created custom textures and an unbelievable palette that looks ethereal in sunrise, midday, sunset or evening settings. He also worked with the land, barely touching the original landscape and building upwards for an incredible ocean view from almost every window in each home. Orson took on this challenge with a generous grace, and this project -- like all of his work -- is flawless.

Thank you, Orson, for everything.
